Retrieving messages from mailbox

I have the Response Mailer Pro Registered Edition

My auto responder and mail server tests both pass with no problems. However, when I try the receive/send or allow the program to run every 5 minutes, the log shows 0 messages in my mailbox.

I am certain that the messages meet the filter requirements.

Can you shed some light on this please?

I figured out the problem. You MUST be signed off your email account for the responder to work.
