Description: ResponseMailer does not seem to be working. It will not save my edits or new information.
Keywords: cannot add, will not save, won't delete
ResponsEMailer requires that MDAC 2.5 or higher is installed on your system for proper operation. MDAC is Microsoft Data Access Components that provide support for Microsoft Access Databases.
Depending on the version of MDAC, you may also be required to install Jet 4.0 components.
Many of you may have the components already installed on your systems and do not need to download them at all. MDAC is installed with Office 2000, so if you use Office 2000, you will have MDAC. If you haven't got Office 2000 then you still may have MDAC since it is also installed with many other Microsoft products.
Some users may even get an error when they startup the application
For non-technical users the easiest way to test if you have MDAC is for you to install our software, then try to open the application. If you receive an error message, then it probably means that you need MDAC and/or JET.
You may have an old version of MDAC installed that will still give you an error. If this is the case you will need to update to the latest version for your operating system.
