It appears that this program does not work with Gmail accounts,
even though gmail does have pop/smtp access. If you could check into this for me I would greatly appreciate it. I plan on buying this product...but only if it's going to work with my Gmail Accounts, thats all I use.

You can retrieve your Gmail messages with Response Mailer.
- Enable POP in your Gmail account.
Please follow these steps, see http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13273
- Configuring POP access in ResponseMailer.
Edit your the account.
Select the 'General' tab.
Enter 'pop.gmail.com' in the 'Incoming mail' field.
Enter 'smtp.gmail.com' in the 'Outgoing mail' field.
Enter your Gmail username (including '@gmail.com') in the 'Account name:' field.
Enter your Gmail password in the 'Password:' field.
Click the 'Outgoing Servers' tab, and check the box next to 'My server requires authentication.'
Click the 'Advanced' tab.
Enter '995' in the 'Incoming mail' field. Check the box next to 'Requires SSL connection'.
Enter '465' in the 'Outgoing mail' field. Check the box next to 'Requires SSL connection'.
Click 'OK'
