ResponseMailer is not sending the autoreply

I'm sure I must be doing something wrong or can this auto responder only do 1 filter at a time with the same subject matches.

You can setup several filters to precisly determine the email that will result in an action. In many cases this problem is caused by one or more filters not being setup properly.

To troubleshoot:

1. Set all the filters inactive.
   
2. Turn on each filter one at a time to determine which one is causing the problem.
   
3. Verify that your Comparison, Match and Options are correct.
   
4. Most importantly, check that your 'Contains:' word phrase is correct.
   
5. You may also want to consider using shorter phrases rather then lengthy ones.
