When I attempt to back up the database, I get an error message as follow: Could not back up the database.

ResponseMailer needs exclusive control of the database to do a backup.
Can you check whether more than one copy of the program is running on your computer.
1. Close ResponseMailer.
2. Check the system tray to confirm that no other copies are running. If
there are then close those as well.
3. Start 'Windows Task Manager' by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
Select the Processes tab and click the 'Image Name' heading.
4. Check the list for ResponseMailer. If you find it then select it and
press 'End process'.
Report this step if necessary.
5. Start ResponseMailer and do the backup |
