Can I extract info from old emails

In anticipation of getting an autoresponder, I collected all my old email notifications from Paypal in a separate folder in Hotmail.
How do I now convert these into new prospects?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Yes.
Create a responder to process the emails and extract the information that you need.
Then use the Autoreply test feature to extract the information.
Basically, you will load each message into the test screen and then select 'Run test' (All filters, Extractors and Actions) to add the new prospects.
