Hello! I am currently considering purchasing your program. I have downloaded the trail version and completing the filters set up for the auto response. I am now working on filling out the message header info. I put my e-mail in the from box, and now I want to fill out the To box. It states to place the e-mail address to the person you are sending to. My problem is that I don’t know who will be responding to my marketing ads. I receive them in my mail and I would like the auto responder to send back a form e-mail when I am away from the computer. I post ads on classified boards and I get numerous responses from people all with different e-mails.
Can I use this program to respond back if I don’t know the persons e-mail?
Can the program automatically insert the e-mail address in the To: box?
I thought it might be able to do this because I already filled out the subject and body filters and I would hope it could respond back to someone else’s e-mail using those filters. |

Certainly, the Response Mailer will automatically fill in the email address for you.
You can set the TO field to automatically use the sender's email address. In this case you will enter [[SenderEmail]] in the TO field. Take a look at the 'New address notice' example.
You can also extract the email address from the body of the email. Take a look at the 'Order Processing' example. Also check out the
Send autoreply and add subscriber to prospect database tutorial. |
