| I'm a realtor with an Outlook database of several thousand people. From time to time I'd like to broadcast a message (or send out a series of messages) to a subset of my database (e.g. people looking for homes in a particular county, or price range, or who are looking in the next 3 months vs. 6-12months, or who want new construction, etc.). Is there a way to broadcast a message to a subset of my database without having to manually turn each individual record on or off each time, or having to create separate databases? |

Currently there is no better way to send a broadcast message to a selected list of persons. However, I like your idea and would like to add this feature to the program.
Please send some more information on what you have in mind.
Send the email to the following address
.
Or use our online web form, http://www.devicode.com/support-request.htm |

We have added the new capability to the program. You can now send a broadcast message to a section of your prospect database. You can now send emails only to those persons with a particular entry in any custom field.
You can even set the filter condition based on the value in more than one custom field.
For example, if you store the prospect address in the custom field you can now send emails only to those that live in a particular city, state and/or zip. |
