Send out e-mails at pre-determined times from mailing list

I am looking for a program which will let me send out e-mails at a pre-determined times and is simple to set up from my mailing list.

Response Mailer can easily be setup to manage your mailing list.
All you have to do is setup the list of messages and import your mailing list.

You can send out a series of messages to each person in your mailing list at a pre-defined time. These messages can be sent based on specific dates or on a interval schedule.
