| Is there a way to schedule the follow-up emails for x number of days at a specific time? Right now if someone subscribes at 10:10pm and I have a follow-up set for 1 week the reply will be sent at 10:10pm. Any way to change this to that all follow-up replies are sent at a certain time like 9:45am? |

The delivery time for your messages are staggered so that all your follow email don't all go out at the same time. This load balancing technique is useful in may situations.
For now, you would have to edit the time for those persons who sign up after hours. The good news is that you don't have to edit them one-by-one. On the prospect database screen you can use the Tool option to easily change the delivery time for a group of prospects. |
