How do I setup an auto responder for my ebooks.

Question
I sell several products on eBay and I use PayPal to accept payments.
How do I setup your program to send out my eBooks when I get a PayPal Notification of an Instant Payment email.

Answer

1. Select New/Add Responder from the menu.
   
   
2. Click the 'Account' button. If you have already setup your incoming and outgoing email server then just click the OK button to move to the next step. Otherwise choose File/New Account to setup your email server.
   
   
3. Click the 'Add' button on the Account Information screen.
   Enter a title and select your incoming e-mail server.
   Click the OK button.
   Click the 'Next' button.
   
   
4. Now let us setup your Email Filters.
   Click the 'Add' button on the Email Filters screen.
   Select 'Recipient' and enter your email address in the 'Contains' field.
   Click the OK button.
   
5. Click the 'Add' button on the Email Filters screen.
   Select 'Subject' and enter 'Notification of Payment Received' in the 'Contains' field.
   Click the OK button.
   
6. Click the 'Add' button on the Email Filters screen.
   Select 'Header' and enter 'Return-path: <payment@paypal.com>' in the 'Contains' field.
   Click the OK button.
   Click the 'Next' button.
   
   
7. Click the 'Next' button on the Email Extractor screen.
   
   
8. Click the 'Add' button on the Outgoing Email Actions screen.
   Enter your email address in the 'From' field.
   In the 'To' field enter <%_SenderEmail%>
   Type in your 'Subject' text.
   
9. Click the 'Body' tab and type your auto response message.
   
10. Click the 'Attachment' tab and add your eBook files.
    Click the OK button.
    Click the 'Finish' button.
    
    
11. Send a test message and check the recipient mailbox for the auto response email.
    
    
12. Now you can edit this auto responder to send the email as HTML and add additional filters, extractors and actions.
