It is not sending the autoreply email message

Response Mailer is not sending the autoreply even though the message meets the filter condition?.

You can setup several filter conditions to precisly determine the email that will result in the program sending an autoreply email. In many cases this problem is caused by one or more filter conditions not being setup properly.

To troubleshoot:

1. Select the Responder and go to the 'Filters' tab.
   
2. Check each filter condition.
   Note that the email must meet all filter conditions in order to perform a Prospect Opt-in Action.
   
3. For each filter verify that the Contain Words/Phrase list has the correct text.
   
4. Make sure that you have the correct spaces between the words.
   
5. Make sure that you don't have a trailing space at the end of the word/phrase (unless it is intentional).
   
6. You may also want to consider using shorter phrases rather then lengthy ones.
   
7. Check that you have the correct Advanced options checked.
   If you are using regular expressions make sure that the box is checked.
