Getting the prospect's first name and last name

I see you also added firstname and lastname in the prospect message section. Can you explain how this works, as I don't see a firstname and lastname in the prospect database.

The [[ProspectFirstName]] and [[ProspectLastName]] fields will extract the first name and the last name from the ‘Name’ field on the Prospect Detail page.

For example if the Prospect Name is John Brown, then
[[ProspectFirstName]]=John and [[ProspectLastName]]=Brown

If the Prospect Name is Bill William Smith, then
[[ProspectFirstName]]=Bill and [[ProspectLastName]]=Smith

If the Prospect Name is Jane, then
[[ProspectFirstName]]=Jane and [[ProspectLastName]] is blank

You can personalize your message by including these fields as well as other merge fields.
Prospects will respond more favourable when your message mention their name. You can immediately start a relationship by addressing the customer as Bill instead of Dear Bill William Smith.
