Manual Adding Prospect

Hello All,

I have just added a prospect manually, is their anyway I can send the first message straight away ?

I tried using the "Receive/Send Mail" button but that doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,

Yeah it's time to look stupid !!!

First I didn't read my Log properly, it said "** Failed** Invalid email address : [[EmailAddress]]"

I had setup up a custom field "[[EmailAddress]]" for my email address (of course) and later changed the custom field to "[[MyEmailAddress]]"
but of course I didn't change it in my messages !
and this is why I was getting the Error.

If you want the first message to be sent right away then set the 'Elapse Time Period' to 0 hour.

If the program is not sending out a particular email then your check the log file to see what the problem is. In many cause it is due to a bad email address or incorrect merge field.
