Notification of invalid email address error?

occasionally response mailer fails to send a mail - it has extracted the email address, but an error <email address invalid> appears in the logs. (approx 5 percent of extracted emails fail).

The extracted emails are always valid email addresses.

How can i configure RM to notify me (by email) that the email has not been sent (eg send me an email telling me that it could not send a mail to anywho@anyisp.com)
