Every time i press "receive / send email" it sends the next lot of followup messages. All I wanted was to check to see if I had any new prospects. Is their a way to check for new prospects without sending the next followup message?

If the program is sending the subsequent followp message after you press the 'Receive/Send' button then you have setup your messages with 0 delay time intervals.

Zero days means that the message should immediately be released the next time the program does the send/receive operation. You need to specify the number of days between the release of each letter. The first message can be a 0-day message but all subsequent ones need a delay of at least 1 day.

Once you have changed the delay time interval your send/receive will check for new mail; release follow up messages based on the schedule your have setup; send auto replies and and opt-in/opt-out prospects.
