I have searched and unable to find the anwer to this. I don't understand the database set up. You have them prepared for newsletters, courses, etc, and named as such.
but that is not what I'm doing. Where do I either create new databases for other purposes, or maybe better yet, rename these? Maybe is the key word here. :-) |

They are sample responders that shows you how the program would work for those particular situations. Use them as a guide to setup your own auto responsers or sequential followups.

You can create new responders or database by selecting the appropriate option from the file menu
The sample databases and the tutorials serve as a guide to help you to setup your autoresponders and followup message emails. |
