You are getting this error because your smpt login information is incorrect. You will need to get the correct information for your outgoing server either from your ISP or check your email program for the correct settings.
If you have setup Outlook or Outlook Express to correctly work with your mailbox then all you have to do is setup Response Mailer with the same settings.
You will need to verify the following information in both your email client and Response Mailer program:
Server Information : Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
Incoming Mail Server : Account Name
Incoming Mail Server : Password
Outgoing Mailer Server : (type of authenication)
Server Port Number : SMTP (usually this is 25)
Error 8007274D means "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it".
Error 80072745 means "An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."
You can also check that your firewall software is not blocking the traffic from getting to the machine. |
