| How often does Response Mailer 3 check the mail server for new messages? Is it possible to set up a schedule (ie. RM3 checks and responds every 15 minutes Monday thru Friday from 8 am until 9 pm?) |

You can specify how often the ResponseMailer should check for email, see http://www.devicode.com/forum/about263.html
You can set RM to check and responds every 15 minutes for new e-mails or send follow-up messages. In addition you can specify the times that this will be done using the schedule in the E-mail accounts screen. |
