| I am currently manually setting my prospects to active one at a time. With over 5000 clients this is not practical. |

You can make several prospects active or inactive using the 'Prospect Database' tool options in ResponseMailer Pro.
First highlight several prospect items.
Click the Tool button
Check 'Include the prospect' and choose Yes
Click change to update the selected items. |
