I have set up my series of messages and want to have "Dear (firstname)",
at the beginning. I've tried everything I can think of an know I'm missing something simple. |

You can personalize your messages with the prospect name, for example
Dear [[_ProspectName]],
If the email field have Bill then the message would say
Dear Bill, |
