I just downloaded the free professional trial, however every time I set up my gmail account, it disables the pop feature, so I cannot use mozilla thunderbird or outlook to pop my gmail. Any idea if this can be fixed?

First setup GMail for POP access then, setup your GMail account in ResponseMailer.
