Does this programme work with Outlook and will it operate a reply system (wihout deleting) while I am out of the office?.
Answer
Yes, the program works independently of Outlook and other email programs. It will check the emails in your mailbox and sent an autoreply if it finds a message that meets your filter conditions.
By default the program will not delete your emails. It will simply send a reply. This means that you will see the email when you go into Outlook.
If you need to delete the email after it has sent a reply. You will have to add a 'Delete Email' Action.
How to add a delete email action
- Select the responder.
- From the main menu select New/Add Action/ Delete Email.
- On 'Delete Email' screen you can change the delete condition or leave the default selection.
- Click OK to save.
