Description: Follow-up Mailer is not automatically adding new prospects even though the message meets the filter condition?.

Answer
You can setup several filter conditions to precisly determine the email that will result in the program adding a new prospect to your database. In many cases this problem is caused by one or more filter conditions not being setup properly.

To troubleshoot:

1. Select the Responder and click the 'Filter Condition...' button.
   
2. On the Message Conditin screen make sure that you have a check mark only against fields that you are checking.
   
3. For each of these checked fields click the Address/Word button and verify that the lines have the correct text.
   
4. You may also want to consider using shorter phrases rather then lengthy ones.
   
5. Check that you have the correct Match type.
