|

When sending/receiving, I see that your system recognizes that there are 10 emails in my email box to be processed. What I don't know is:
1. Have they been processed?
2. If they have, where can I see the extracted information about each email processed? I know it will be in a database somewhere, but I dont know where or how to view it.
3. What do I do to have Divcode remove those emails once processed?
Thanks in advance. |

ResponseMailer will process those emails that meet the filter conditions you have setup for a particular autoresponder. All other messages will be ignored.
In order to use extracted information you will first have to create an extractor for each field. Once you have extracted the field you can use them in the Action task, such as send email or prospect opt-in etc.
The required field for the database is the email,
but you can add other information such name and other data in the custom fields such as price, product, address, phone number, etc.
The program will only process new emails and therefore will not process the same message more than once. You can have the program delete the message from your mailbox by adding a 'delete email' Action. |
