Description: Can it receive an email and then send out an auto-response specifically depending on the actual text in the email.?
Keywords: email content, extract certain text, find specific words.
Question
I am interested in purchasing ResponsEmailer, however I have a question about the product itself. In simple terms, I need a program which can receive an email and then send out an auto-response specifically depending on the actual text in the email.
The program would have to be able to extract an email address from the BODY of the received email (not the From: or Subject: or Reply To: etc) and use that email address as the auto-response address. It would also need to be able to extract certain text from the BODY of the received email, and place the extracted text into designated areas of the body of the auto-response. Can you software accomplish this task?
Answer
Yes, ResponseMailer can handle all these tasks.
This is how the program works:
Email messages are downloaded from your email servers.
They are checked against a set of rules that you have setup.
If a message meets a rule then specific information can be extracted from the incoming message.
You can use the extracted information to personalize the email that ill be sent out. |
