It seems difficult to add new email addrsses that i want my broadcasts going to. It look as if I need to downlaod a database into the program of the email addresses I want to send information to on a drip campaign.

Is there any way to enter the database in the software itself or does it need to come from outside of Response mailer. If so is there a certain format that works best for setting up our database for this or not?

You can add email address in a number of ways. The method that best suites you will depend on the quantity and frequency of new email addresses.
1. You can manually add emails to your prospect database
2. You can setup the prospect opt-in to automatically add addresses when emails are received.
3. You can import a list of addresses from a text file. Here you would use the 'Prospect Import' feature. See step-8 in http://www.devicode.com/support/article9_3.htm for more details on this.
