Extract information for my contact management program

I don't understand how to extract information and how to get it into a file that I could use with my contact management software. If you had some nice info on that I would appreciate it.

You can use ResponseMailer to extract the information from your email and write it to a file. You can then import the information into your contract management software.

In your case you can create a 'Write to a text file' action to write the data to a file that can be imported into your contract management software.
