Response Mailer will not install and I get a run-time error.
I downloaded the program twice and each time I get a error while I am installing the program.

Answer
When you download a file it is stored on your hard disk in the "Temporary Internet Files" (cache). As long as the file has not changed the stored file eliminates the need for your browser to download the file each time you request it. In most cases this works to your benefit, however, in this case this feature is the root of your problem.

For whatever reason, the file got corrupted during the first download, and subsequent downloads simple used the 'corrupted' cached file. To solve this problem we need to clear the "Temporary Internet Files" to remove any files from the cache that may have become corrupted.

To clear the cache:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
   
2. Click on Tools and Select Internet Options.
   
3. Next, click on the Delete Files button to eliminate the cached Internet files.
   
4. To make sure all Temporary Internet Files are removed from your system check the Delete all offline content box.
   
5. Click OK to delete and OK once more to exit Internet Options.
   

If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, then choose the option to clear "Temporary Internet Files" cache.
