We have Response Mailer Pro Registered version 3.6.3.0.

We have about 13 email accounts set up on the software and are always adding more. The problem I am having is that the email accounts are set to check themselves every 15 minutes, but only about half of the email accounts do. Also, when I go to "Receive/Send" and select "All Responders", only those half that work according to the schedule actually send and receive themselves.

This is a HUGE problem, because we need the AUTO responder to automatically send and receive mail from these email accounts.

Please advise.

I think the "follows-up" only works if arrives a new message.

We receieve new emails in these mailbox every day, all day. The problem is that the Response mailer refuses to automatically check email. I always have to manually go and hit receive/send for each individual responder that doesn't work on it's own.

Hello!

Take a look to see if this tips can help you:

1) In the left painel click "E-mail Account"

2) Double click on the name of "Income Server" that you use to connect.

3) Clique Schedule TAB

Finaly take a look if "Check for new message every xx minutes" is checked and if xx is a reasonable time, por example, 5 minutes. See too if all days are unchecked to "allow email access".

Too, a good ideia is click in "View Log" at the top of screen and take a look what Mailer Response was done.

All email accounts are set identically. When i view logs, it shows exactly what is happening, some accoutns are gettin received/sent automatically at the scheduled periods of time, and the others do not do so automatically. They show up in the logs when I manually click receive/send for each indivdual email responder that doesn't work.

There is a definate problem with Response Mailer, but their support refuses to answer or return my phone calls, voicemail or emails. Some great support right there. Thank you.

Unfortunately the support is very poor although Response Mailer are areasonnable Software.

Well, do you already tried reinstall Response Mailler?
First uninstall and remove the ResponseMailer.mdb.(It is the master data base). Maybe the Data Base is corrupt.

So reinstall all and try again :(

I hope you get success! Or... I hope the Support from Response Mailer finally wake up and solve this problem.

Thank you for your advise, but i would realy hate to start from scratch because i have over 10000 prospects in over 15 Follow-ups, it would be a nightmare to try to backup and restore all those individually. Although i believe it might work, I was hoping that someone might have some other advise. Please help.

I do believe the owners/programmers may have passed away and left this site running as I have been trying to get support for over 2 months so I just uninstalled Responsed Mailer tonight and will look else where.

I bought the Pro version and hate to pay that much and leave but with no response and the software will not work then what more can you do.

Since this forum is still alive...

Whoever still looking at this posting might as well do a favor to all of us by suggesting some possible alternatives to Response Mailer Professional.

So far, I have looked at a few like G-Lock Email Processor v.1.98 and Mach5 PopMonger 3.5 and they seemed quite OK.

Anyone has any comments or suggestions? Write to me or post it here so that we can start migrating out! :lol:
