Sometimes when I reboot Response Mailer sends new emails

Sometimes when I reboot my computer Response Mailer says it finds matching emails and send new emails out even though emails were sent out already.

Why is this happening and what can I do to stop this as it confuses my customers.

I have called and emailed for support but I have not had one response or returned call in over 3 weeks.

I bought the Response Mailer Professional but the support has not been professional so far.

What do I need to do to get support?
