I have composed many mails in different autoresponders.
If there is any problem with the computer in which the followup mailer is installed, how could i recover back the mails in the autoresponders and how could i recover the prospects list.

You can make a backup of all the information you have entered in the program, this includes your account settings, normal and followup autoresponders with all related information.
All this information is stored in a file called FollowupMailer.mdb.

How to backup your database file

  1. Close FollowupMailer program.
  2. Using Window Explorer, navigate to the the folder that FollowupMailer is installed in, usaully this is c:\Program Files\FollowupMailer
  3. Locate the FollowupMailer.mdb file in this folder
  4. Make a copy of the file.
  5. Rename the file to include the date for instance (YYMMDD) you can rename it to FollowupMailer backup 051221.mdb
Ensure that the new file name is unique so that it will not delete another backup with the same name.
  6. In addition, you can zip the FollowupMailer backup 051221.mdb file using your compression software.
  7. You can now start FollowupMailer on your computer.

How to restore your database file
