I'm looking for an email application which will send a periodic series of emails, every ten days or so, to a list. I tried set up "FollowupMailer" but it will only start sending emails when it receives an Opt-In. Is there any way I can fake it out or configure it to begin sending the messages to my list immediately?
Thanks. |

Since you have already setup your messages you will need to change the delivery time for each message.
Messages are sent based on the interval between the delivery of the previous message.
If you want the next message to go out 10 days after the previous one then you would set the 'Elapse time period' to 10 days. Since you want the first message to go out immediately rather than 10 days after sign-up you would set the 'Elapse time period' to 0 days.
In other words lets say that you have a series of 7 ebooks that you want to send to subscribers using drip marketing.
Add the letters, for the first letter set it to 0 days. All subsequent letters should be set to 10 days.
As new prospects are added they will begin receiving the ebooks on based on the interval schedule you have setup.
