Extact data and mail to entire prospect list is AutoReply

I want to extract data from a single email sent to me a email address #1 and insert the data into an autoreply that would be sent to a prospect database list.

I was hoping this can be done automatically.

It appears that I can send emails individually with this process but not to a list already setup in Response Mailer.

Is there a way this can be done currently and if not, could I get someone to write a script that would accomplish this, say, with a script. Perhaps your custom department could do this, yes?

Or better yet, build it into the existing software for others as well.
