Followup Mailer, complements our Response Mailer product by introducing automatic follow-up capabilities. Followup Mailer can create two types of Responders. The first is a normal auto-responder that sends e-mails message based on the contents the incoming e-mail. The second is a followup responder that can sends one or more emails at preset time intervals.

Followup Mailer is designed to check the contents of your incoming emails to determine how to reply to it. It can automatically reply to your email messages with a prewritten response and can even selectively forward and filter your email messages. Most importantly, you can personalize your email replies by including the sender's name and other personalized information.
