How to setup email forwarding

ResponseMailer email processor can be setup to as a forwarder to automatically forward an email from one mailbox to another. Email forwarding eliminates the need to manually forward e-mail sent to one account to another account.

Email forwarding can be used to automatically forward (pass on) all your email from your new email address to an existing email account.

To add an email forwarder:

1. Select Processor/Add New Processor from the menu.
   
   
2. Click the 'Account' button. If you have already setup your incoming and outgoing email server then just click the OK button to move to the next step.
   To setup your POP3 (incoming) mailbox :
   Click the 'Add a new mail server' arrow and select 'New POP3 (incoming) Server'. Enter your mailbox information and click OK.
   
   To setup your SMTP (outgoing) mailbox :
   Click the 'Add a new mail server' arrow and select 'New SMTP (outgoing) Server'. Enter your mailbox information and click OK.
   
   
3. Click the 'Add' button on the Account Information screen.
   Enter a title and select your incoming e-mail server.
   Click the 'Next' button.
   
   
4. Click the 'Add' button on the Email Filters screen.
   Select 'Recipient' and enter your email address in the 'Contains' field.
   Click the OK button.
   Click the 'Next' button.
   
   
5. Click the 'Next' button on the Email Extractor screen.
   
   
6. Click the 'Add' button on the Outgoing Email Actions screen.
   Select the SMTP server to use.
   In the Header box select 'Forward message'.
   In the 'To' field enter the recepient email address.
   Click the OK button.
   Click the 'Next' button.
   
   
7. Send a test message and check the recipient mailbox for the auto response email.
   
   
8. Now you can edit this processor and add additional filters, extractors and actions.
