Auto responder for your POP3 email account.

After setting up your POP3 email account you will need to set up the program to send an auto response to the prospect.

The best way to setup an auto responder is to use the wizard. Don't forget to setup a task to remove the e-mail from your mailbox.

It's good practice to use the mail delete (remover) feature to keep your mailbox from getting full. On my laptop I use it as my email deletion tool.
